The contract
These terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Fair Use Policy, the Payments and Refunds Policy, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy are the contract between you and us for LoopOnyx. If you are a business and we process personal data for you, the Data Processing Addendum also applies. The service status page does not add a service level agreement.
-
The service
LoopOnyx is at https://looponyx.com, and the app is at https://app.looponyx.com. It watches the things you ask it to watch, and it sends signals when something changes. The features on your plan are the ones shown in the app. AI features are optional and may be turned off. When they are on, customer content is never sent to a free or data-sharing model.
-
Your account
You must give a real name and email address, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using the account. You are responsible for the monitors, watches, and notification settings on the account. If you sign up for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. Most of our customers are businesses. If you are a consumer, the rights the law gives you stay in place.
-
Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and the Fair Use Policy. You may only point a check at a system you own or have permission to probe.
-
Plans and billing
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions in pounds sterling, taken by Stripe. The price is the price shown in the app when you subscribe. We do not add a separate tax line. Plan limits are the limits shown for your plan in the app. The monthly allowance on a plan does not roll over. Unused allowance is not cash.
-
Top-ups
You may add a prepaid balance to cover use beyond the monthly allowance. The minimum top-up is £10. We do not add a fee to the top-up. The prepaid balance does not expire while the account exists. The allowance is used before the balance. Refunds of unused balance are set out in the Payments and Refunds Policy.
-
Cancellation and the 14-day right
You can cancel a subscription from Billing in the app. It then ends at the close of the period you have already paid for. When it ends, the account moves to the Free plan and we keep your data, until you ask us to delete it under the Privacy Policy.
If you are a consumer in the UK, you may cancel a new paid digital service within 14 days. If you ask us to start during those 14 days, the law can bring that right to an end once the service has started, but only if you have acknowledged that this will happen. Until checkout records that acknowledgement, we will treat the 14-day right as still open for consumers. You may then have to pay for the part of the service you have used. Business customers do not have this cooling-off right. Nothing here removes a statutory right that we cannot remove.
-
Availability
We will try to keep LoopOnyx available. The service is best effort. Maintenance, faults, and other providers can interrupt checks and alerts. There is no service level agreement unless we have signed a separate written one with you.
-
Alerts are an aid
Alerts, including email, texts, and webhooks, are an aid. They are not a guarantee that you will hear of every event, or that a check, a filing, or a report is complete or correct. You remain responsible for your own systems, domains, and filings.
-
Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that the law of England and Wales says we cannot exclude or limit.
If you are a business, our total liability to you for a claim, or a group of related claims, is limited to the fees you paid us for LoopOnyx in the 12 months before the claim arose. That cap does not apply where the paragraph above says we cannot limit liability. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law gives you and that we cannot take away.
-
Ending the contract
You may close the account from the Privacy page in the app, or by writing to [email protected]. We may suspend or end the account if you break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if a payment is not put right, or if the law requires it. We will tell you unless the law says we must not. Closure, refunds of unused prepaid balance, and deletion are covered by the Payments and Refunds Policy and the Privacy Policy.
-
Changes
We may change these terms, the policies that sit with them, or the service. The last updated date on the page will change. If a change is material, we will tell you by email to the account address, or by a notice in the app, before it takes effect. If you do not agree, close the account before that date. If you keep using LoopOnyx, the new terms apply.
-
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will hear disputes. If you are a consumer in the UK, you may also use any other court the law allows you to use.
Terms of Service
These terms are the contract between you and Tidalux Ltd for using LoopOnyx.
