How you pay
Payments are taken by Stripe. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions in pounds sterling. The price is the price shown in the app. We do not add a separate tax line. Plan prices are set in the app, and they are not repeated on this page.
-
Top-ups
You may buy a prepaid balance for use beyond the monthly allowance. The minimum top-up is £10. We do not add a fee to the top-up. The prepaid balance does not expire while the account exists. The monthly allowance does not roll over, and it is not cash. The allowance is used before the balance.
-
Failed payments
If Stripe cannot take a payment, we tell you. Stripe retries on its own timetable. You can update the card from Billing in the app, which opens the Stripe customer portal. While a subscription is past due, the plan stays in place. If the subscription then ends, the account moves to the Free plan and we keep your data.
-
Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription from Billing. It ends at the close of the period you have already paid for, unless the law requires an earlier end. When it ends, the account moves to the Free plan. We do not refund a monthly fee for the unused part of a month, except where clause 5 applies, or where we stop the service and cannot put it right within a reasonable time.
-
The 14-day right
If you are a consumer in the UK, you may cancel a new paid purchase within 14 days, as described in the Terms of Service. Where the service has already started, you may have to pay for the part you have used. The acknowledgement that can end this right is described there. Business customers do not have this cooling-off right. Your other statutory rights stay in place.
-
Unused prepaid balance
If you close the account and ask within 30 days of that request, we refund the unused prepaid balance, less any amount Stripe does not return to us. The monthly allowance is not refunded. Write to [email protected] to ask. If you do not ask within 30 days, the unused balance is not refunded.
