These are the legal documents for LoopOnyx.

   These terms are the contract between you and Tidalux Ltd for using LoopOnyx.

2. Privacy Policy

   This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how long we keep it.

3. Cookie Policy

   We use a session cookie, a security cookie, and an optional remember-me cookie, and we do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

4. Fair Use Policy

   This policy sets the limits on checks, text alerts, and AI, and it says what we do if use is too heavy.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

   Use LoopOnyx only on systems you are allowed to check, and do not use it to harm anyone.

6. Payments and Refunds

   This policy explains subscriptions, top-ups, failed payments, and refunds.

7. Data Processing Addendum

   This addendum sets out how we process personal data for business customers.

8. Security disclosure

   Report a vulnerability to [email protected]. We do not promise a bounty.

9. Service status

   This page says how we will tell you about an incident. It is not a service level agreement.
